Leaving France for the UK at the age of 19, I've been trained in some of the best London restaurants, by some great chefs (Marco Pierre White, Tom Aikins). I also worked for the French ambassador for who I was preparing officials diners and cocktails.
Then, to my big surprise I have been recruited by a well-known Royal Family from the Middle East, it was a unbelievable experiment, it taught me a lot.
Then back in Europe, I used my knowledge to serve a few prosperous families. The last one were some some germans businessman, i was following them everywhere, on their yacht in Cannes, their chalet in Gstaad, in Germany... to prepare business dinner, cocktails and brunchs...
